Recombinant Mouse Antibody ( LA-2) is capable of binding to B. burgdorferi OspA, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This murine monoclonal antibody defines an important protective B-cell epitope of OspA against which protective sera have strong levels of reactivity.

(A) mAbs, IS, and NMS used for reconstitution of scid mice, tested on strains B31 and ZS7 of B. burgdorferi.
